Royal Enfield Bike Hunter: Almost all the companies of the world want to do business in the Indian market. The biggest reason behind this is having the biggest market base. Once a vehicle or bike becomes famous, its sales skyrocket in no time. This time something similar has happened with Royal Enfield. Motorcycle manufacturer Royal Enfield on Tuesday said that its Hunter 350 model has crossed the two lakh unit sales mark in less than a year of its launch. Royal Enfield said in a statement that the company had introduced the Hunter 350 model in August 2022. The model touched the one lakh unit sales mark in February 2023 and registered the next one lakh unit sales in just five months.
B Govindarajan, CEO, Royal Enfield said, “We are proud that in less than a year of launch, Hunter has attracted over two lakh riders across the world. Hunter 350 is rapidly gaining popularity not only in India but also in the international markets. The company said that in India, the Hunter 350 has made a rapid presence in the tier-two and tier-three markets apart from the metros. The Hunter 350 that the company has recently launched has created a buzz from India to America. Hunter 350 prices in the US start from USD 3,999 (Rs 3.26 lakh) for the monotone shades and go up to USD 4,199 (Rs 3.43 lakh) for the dual-tone shades. Considering that Royal Enfield is currently offering only the mid-spec Metro variant in the US, it is twice as expensive as the Hunter 350 Metro in India, for which prices start at Rs 1.67 lakh ex-showroom in the home country. Let us tell you that Royal Enfield’s new bike Hunter 350 is the most affordable bike of the company so far.
When it comes to the engine, the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 offers a 349cc engine which is also present in the Classic 350 and Meteor 350. This engine of the bike provides 20hp power and 27 Nm torque. However, the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 will be a more street-based bike rather than a cruiser. In terms of design, the Hunter 350 will feature a round headlight and tail light, a single-seat, two grab rails, a teardrop tank, alloy wheels, etc. Features of the bike include a half-digital instrument console, tripper. Apart from navigation, broad rear fender, there will be 41 mm telescopic suspension at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear.
